Approach and Values

As a clinician I integrate therapeutic theories and modalities to meet the individual needs of the person. Underpinning this is a focus on psychological well-being that enables people to maximise their potential for growth, and cope with and accept difficult circumstances.  Regular sessions are offered drawing on the therapeutic relationship and evidence-based practice to evaluate and treat difficulties.
